This is my apartment residence place. It's quite nice, two pools, one of those heated. Two
Hot tubs (both heated at 104 degrees, they really stressed this in the 'walkthrough').
They will let me have cats if I ever get ready for that again. They have tennis courts and raquetball
courts. The raquetball court is indoors and air conditioned. Pool tables, nice TV room for people
to chill out in while they do laundry. Which is also nice, they have about 90 washers/dryers in two
places in the complex. So I really don't have to worry about waiting. Obviously, the floor plan to
the left is my place. I'll put up some pictures when I'm proud.
It's a whole community in one area, which seems to be the case with many apartment places in Tucson.
Imagine the best complex of apartments you've seen in Wisconsin, and this beats it hands down. It is
way cool. Tucson seems to be made for renters. Everything here caters to a renter. The rent is
about the same as Wisconsin, maybe a tad cheaper, but the places are way way nicer than anything I've
ever seen before. It's quite cool.
