Let me state that this page is completely my opinion. You can reserve the right to judge Mandy however
you would like to. I am using this page just to inform you of what I have learned over the time that I have known her.
I have no intention to accurately report Mandy's personality, it's only what I have figured out on my own.
Many of these things might not be entirely true to what Mandy's actual personality is like, it's only what she has let me find out,
or more importantly, what she wants me to think about herself.
If you would like to update my information database; anything you think you know that I don't, you may do so here.

A brief history
The first time I met Mandy was a trip with my good friend Kelly Jerabek. We
were all really young, like middle school aged. And I went with Kelly to some of his
relative's place for a party. Mandy was there, and we played Kick the Can or something
archaic like that. Good times however. Of course, she was just a little girl then, and
I was just a young man, dating someone not in your class was unheard of at that point, so
it never figured into my mind.
However, when I was a junior, we had our P.E. class together. She always wore some lame shirt...
"party in a shirt" is what it had on it. So lame, so I always made fun of her for wearing it. Well,
the year went on, and as high school goes, I found out that she "liked" me. So I ask her out right. And
she says "yes" of course, so there it was. Well, we go out, the two of us, and one of her friends and
one of my friends who always had dreams of being together. Bowling or something like that was the plan.
So that's what we did, then we went over and watched some movie. Mandy wore braces though, and I
was not really a fan of that, so I really held of kissing her or anything. Anyhow, we went our for a
while, but never anything serious. By the time the year was over, Mandy and I were no longer together.
When my senior year started. I was a free man. I auditioned for the fall musical, and
got a part of a "brother" in Joseph. Well, Mandy was in it as well. So pretty soon. We are together
again.

The Stories
Mandy was finished with practice one day much earlier than myself. So when she was leaving,
I walked her out and asked if she was willing to give it a go again. Of course, she said yes. So that
was that. Musical practices were long and demanding. Every night of the week almost, so we hung out
a lot before we ever really did anything fun. We got to know each other pretty well. So it was a pretty
good start to us being together again.
When I was in high school, not only was I a non-drinker, but I ridiculed everyone who choose to go
out and waste their weekends getting drunk and hanging out with friends who didn't even talk to you
when sober, except the occasional "where's the party" questions. Mandy, before I dated her, was well
known for her drinking antics. Myself, never taking a drink of alcohol period, had no frame of reference
to understand. |
The Good Stuff
Mandy and I had some great times together.
She was quite shy, but I got to know her really well.
I felt completely comfortable with her.
It was probably the most atypical high school relationship.
Mandy was gorgeous.
I was a big fan of her entire family.
Mandy brought out a lot in me that I thought never existed.
For some reason, she seemed to add to my disrespect for girlfriends. |
Life today, why things grow as obscure as they do.
Mandy and I broke it off just before Christmas break while I was in school. I didn't really see her
a lot when I was away at school. The only time was when I came home for a knee surgery, and she helped
me recover. I was way overcofident about being put under, having gone through it so many times before,
so when I woke up after my surgery, she was there to pick me up, and almost immediately upon waking
up, I was throwing up. It was a pretty bad situation. I think that was the last time we were together
as a couple. I talked to her on the phone only occasionally, and one time we were arguing about something
very arbitrary, as I always do, and then, it just ended there. It wasn't really like either of us wanted
to end it, or we didn't have emotions for each other anymore, it was just difficult because I was always so far
away. So that's where we stand today. I'm still a big Mandy fan though. Thing is, usually within about two weeks
of any of my relationships ending, my ladyfriend always ends up hating me. I don't know why. At all.
